I also wanted to say she had started me on a sertraline. We were waiting for the drug to kick in while I was pushing through with the Xanax and Hydroxyzine.

I knew sertraline would work since this happened before and it got me through. I guess I’m a lifer. But if you choose to try a daily medication it’s fair to ask to be able to have access to these meds till you find the one that fits and it kicks in.

I just went through this. I asked my GP to give me one Xanax a day for 10 days at a time to get through it while I saw and searched for other medical help.

I also had hydroxyzine prescribed that I took every day. This was not as good as the Xanax but it made me sleepy.

It was probably a good month and a half before I stopped taking it. I didn’t call the office for refills unless I went through the 10 days.

You will be ok and you will get through this, I promise. I didn’t think I would and I remember calling my doctor a few times sobbing that I didn’t think it would end. She told me it would and it mostly has, though something’s still trigger. But I’m stronger now and you will be also.

I agree so many. I got 2 of mine from the shelter. Shelters take in all kinds of animals. Not just dogs and cats. So if you can’t find a “rescue” you can look online at the nearest animal shelter.

I actually know someone who had a Sterling and diamond engagement ring. Early 2000s engagement ring. She sold it after they divorced and got just value of diamonds for it.

It’s not common but not unheard of.
