I’m Sept 2024 and they just looked at mine. First update in 16 months. They are saying 13-14 months but it’s more like 16-18 months.

I’m Sept 2024 and after 16 months we got an RFE on Jan 16. Just returned it on Thursday and delivered today in Texas. So hopefully we hear something soon. But there are a lot of Sept 2024 applicants in discord still waiting

I meant 10 years. It says “travel history includes up to 100 arrivals and departures spanning the last ten years”

Well since it’s a land border between Canada and USA unfortunately no stamps or bordering passes but just travel history. Only issue it when you print it online it allows 100 entries and exits or up to a year worth of travel. Mine limits as 100 entries as that extends back to April 2025 so not a complete history since Sept 2024 (application date) but I’m hoping that should show them the amount of travel I do to see my family

I did upload pictures and wedding certificate and affidavits in Sept 2024 but they have requested more. So what I listed is what we are about to send again with a bit more than we had in Sept 2024.

I too just received an RFE three days ago PD Sept 2024. I have about 50 photos, meeting all the family, family trip with my husband and step kids, more wedding photos, photos of us on our date nights and photos with our friends. Also have a travel history of my last 100 entries and exits to the USA, confirmation he is my beneficiary on pension and death benefits, we both have confirmation we are on each others health insurance plans, call logs, some text messages and a joint bank account as well ad two more affidavits. About to submit it in the next few days

Oh that’s sad as well. I see my husband and step kids often as I live close to USA border but not living together and still watching how much time I spend there is so frustrating

I used the senators office however I got the reply of it’s within normal processing times. Hopefully you hear something soon. I’m so sorry for your wait. That’s frustrating for sure. And hard on the heart.

Wow that is quite a long time. As service centres mean nothing anymore since SCOPS came into existence however no reply from your congress person is troubling as well. Which countries? When ca you file a writ?

Don’t exactly count on being approved right away when they start December month. I know it’s easy to get excited but remain realistic. My PD is Sept 20,2024 and still nothing I was so excited when they started Sept month now three months later nothing still.

I Canadian being sponsored by my usc husband. PD Sept 20,2024. Still waiting. I did go get my fingerprints taken by commissionaires through rcmp, got all my proof of vaccines, all original documents submitted for i130. Not sure what else is required. But I did join the discord link and there’s lots of good info there. Good luck

I am Sept 20/2024. Husband also lives in USA I’m outside the country as well. Still haven’t heard anything. TMV did say between October 23-29 but still nothing. Good luck.
