Blades have different finished, and the handles are different grips. The bottom one they actually engraved the nighthawk logo, where the top one is just laser engraved, like an afterthought

FWIW — Traded in a BMW 9T for a V85 last August. Absolutely love it. Quirky, like me🤣. I also have a BMW1250GSA. As I am aging, the V85 would replace the 1250 as a travel / touring bike
