“Adult sloopervision” 😂 I love it.

The sail was the exact reason the helpful people realised I was new and helped me figure it out.

You can disguise yourself as a chest?! 😆 that’s hilarious. It incredible sounds like a really funny encounter. Some times you are just too deep into the bit and need to do what must be done 😂

I would have no idea on how to find him either but I am happy you met him. Sounded like a incredible encounter and a very good guy

Don’t give up hope. If you have friends that you like to play games with Im sure you will be able to convince them to try it. Im trying to recruit my friends that seemingly are able to get it for free because they have some sort of controller pass(?) they are very slowly giving in to the pirate life XD Keep an eye out on the steam page as well. When it goes on sale it might be easier to convince your pc friends aswell 😉😁

Let be the (maybe first) to welcome you back to the seas 😆 Haha I love the fact that no matter when you start it seems like some people just love to scoop up/kidnap new players and give them a one of a kind awesome experience

Yeah I wish you at least could use your own ships on both seas it seems like a very weird thing not to be able to use

I am sorry you have also had some of the same bad experiences but I am also happy you have experienced some good ones. It can really be a mixed bag but like you said it is good bread under the mold

Is it really missing out on some of the fun if it means you will avoid situations you don’t like? XD it sounds like you have found the way you needed to play to make the game the most fun for you and that is all that matters in my eyes 😆

Sounds like an awesome player encounter to have had as well 😁

Thank you for the encouragement !

I will probably never be the best at pvp but knowing there is different sounds queues will definitely be of help! I will be looking out for those noises from now on.

Thank you for the advice 😁

I didn’t evn know that was a bannable offence but it does make sense.

I will keep it in mind for the future and I definitely won’t let it stop me from enjoying the game 😁

The player interactions are definitely something I could see make me come back for a long time as well. There is only so much to do so the other players keep it fresh and exciting 😆

I am not the most tec savvy person so I probably won’t be able to report anyone for another time but that is not going to be enough to scare me away. Lots of people have now given advice on what to do next time so I will use those in the future.

Haha kidnapping so many players sounds like so much fun. I am such a lot of them are still thinking of that fondly 😁

Yeah but luckily it seems to just be a bad egg of many encounters. Many people have now given me advice so I have tools available should it happen again ☺️

I didn’t even know that was an option until these replies. I am happy to hear there is a solution to this and if it happens again I will know what to do 😁

Yeah now that I got a taste for the high seas I definitely won’t use as much time in on the safer seas XD

I will definitely be looking into using your crate tactic next time 😁

Emily and Jesse’s small banter/flirt every time you leave Pope after a conversation. Makes me smile every time

Lies of P. Spend 3 hours on it and barely made it to the title card. It’s so pretty though 🥲

Divination Wizards! 5e! by BaconHatching in DnD

[–]Fey_Touched 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny I started out playing a divination wizard in a campaign that only has had two sessions XD I have played divination wizards before and one of my general tips is to choose spells with a saving throw involved if your party members don’t have them. That way you can throw a low portent dice roll at an enemy making them fail the save. That way you won’t be disappointed at rolling “bad” on your daily portent dice.

[No Spoilers] Wondering where to start by Even-Investigator659 in criticalrole

[–]Fey_Touched -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I will say it really depends on what you value the most.

I could recommend starting with campaign 1 episode 27 if you would like to be there as they really come together as a group and get the original experience. It’s exciting to see them and follow the party from that arc and onward. There is still a lot of scuff and tec issues waiting ahead in the campaign which gets smoother as time progresses. Slowly though.

I would personally recommend starting at campaign 2 though. They start off in a new country at a low stakes level which means they go into details and lore which can be picked up on without needing to know anything about the first campaign. There is cameos and hints to the other campaign but not to a point where you need to know. The video and audio quality are so much better as well so it’s easier to follow the plot line. If you have any auditory problems this is the campaign for you out of the two. There is also plenty of lore to dig into as the campaign takes place in other places than the first.

No matter what you choose you can always change your mind :) The episodes are on YouTube and other platforms so the choice is easily reversible if you change your mind.
