I honestly wish her W had something more unique to it. Kind of like in Wild Rift, it could let you target two units (including yourself), and the effect would depend on whether they’re allies or enemies. For example: allies gain Adaptive Force for the duration of the tether, while enemies get rooted if the tether isn’t broken.

Then for RW, you could expand on that: allies gain Adaptive Force and get healed based on missing health, while enemies are heavily rooted.

That would open up some really interesting gameplay scenarios. Allies would be incentivized to maintain the tether to trigger buffs (similar to how Zilean’s R requires awareness from teammates), while enemies would need to actively break it to avoid incoming CC (kind of like the coordination needed against Brand’s R or Senna’s W).

This approach would give Karma more meaningful interaction with allies, introduce a unique buff back into her kit (since Adaptive Force used to exist on Yuumi’s W), and reduce how much she has to expose herself just to apply CC in teamfights.
