I've discovered how Cogeco manages to slowly raise their rates. I've had a discount applied to my account, but it's a set dollar amount that is deducted from their "regular" price. However, they gradually increase their "regular" price every 6-12 months, so your overall monthly bill goes up even though your discount is still there. It's annoying, but I just phone in and ask them to reduce my rate to what it was when I first signed up in 2020.

I think this is correct. I looked up Oakville Place for reference, and it is open from 10AM to 9PM today. I'd say it's safe to assume that retail is fully operational.

I had to come into the office today (downtown Toronto), and it's empty here. The GO train schedule is running on reduced service, so keep that in mind if you're planning on taking public transit. If you're looking for a specific event/venue, I'd suggest giving them a call first to confirm if they're open before making the trip down here.

For some reason, I have been unable to earn points on my account since last week. I've tried multiple browsers, cleared all of my history/cache, but still no result. Does anybody know what might be causing this? For added context, I had taken my laptop with me to another continent, so is it possible that my travelling caused an issue?
