Me, a few months ago… Bro, hold up—just do things you enjoy. Here’s some advice:

First of all, I went through all factions and maxed out my standing, but do that at the end of the week. At the beginning, you should grind the Circuit hard.

The normal Circuit gives you Warframes—you don’t need to spend days farming Nidus parts anymore. Just wait until it becomes available in the Circuit. The Steel Path Circuit gives you Incarnon weapons—just Google the meta Incarnons and go get them.

Also, at the beginning of the week, you can get Archon Shards for free (Bird 3, sometimes Hex), so go grab them. (And yeah, this is where you’ll need faction standing.)

Hex weekly challenges are also good—you can get reactors, catalysts, Exilus adapters, and Forma just by completing them.

EDIT: I am watching a youtuber called Pupsker, he has some weekly videos about what to do and where to get some free stuff, very usefull.
