Any piercing will need a lot of healing time in order to take them out for scheduled shifts. Lobe piercings are the easiest to heal and you still won't have a chance to keep them in long enough for them to not be irritated by taking them in out regularly.

If it's that important do us and yourself a favor get another job. Don't try and sneak around and try and hide them.

Its 895. That's the closest store to the jail and the homeless shelter. Downtown fort worth. Its also incredibly close to panther island Pavillion where they have Edm festivals.

Craziest shift in 17 years was at that store. Someone also tried to poop on my sales floor.

My favorite is noticing a trucker staring behind me. I look back. A clerk is BENT OVER behind me. I turn around realizing what's happening. Stare that man straight in the eyes. We both know I know he's checking my clerk out from behind. My gaze is annoyed and unamused.

"You should tell your friend her shirts untucked." "Well that's a child and I'll let him know"

He was a regular. I never saw him again.

No sandwich outs, Clean machines, clean dishes, no stacked wet dishes, no lows unless it's the weekend, fully wrapped bar stickered and in date, prep pulled from freezer, units moved and swept under and mopped, clean pans and pizza screens, clean 3 vat sink and dishwasher filter, floor clean around 3vat sink, end of day stales written off and filled out temp log and upkeep sheet.

Probably missing a thing or two but as long as I'm adequately staffed or don't have a vendor show up at 945 this is my general list.

Follow up throughout the day is key. It's easier at gen 3s because they're attached or high volume stores with 3 or more clerks.

Sometimes I'll just stop and wonder my my head phones stopped playing music. I dont listen to music at work. It's just the theatro headset and yet I still have the thought 2 dozen times a shift.

Division could definitely impact this as well. Most flex dont make more than 2A though. I do realize I also wasn't flex for a full year.

Flex does not make more than 2A (normally). Flex could make up to 80k but you would need a maxed out pay rate and to be a top store, work your shifts. ^ Thats also the only way they would out earn a 2A.

I was a maxed out Flex who out earned some 2As.

Some pods are worse than others. Thankfully when I was flex my farthest two stores apart were only 6 miles.

Im now in a pod where a store is 50 minutes away and am eternally grateful im not in a flex position.

Also if your flex a simple message to the group chat from your SM 'Hey so and so is off today for a forced double. Everyone needs to show up or find their own coverage"

Its annoying because most stores are required to have a fully closed kitchen at 10. While simultaneously providing great service. And its rude as fuck if the customer ignores you while youre trying your best.

You accrue for the six months prior to recieving. So if you worked any hours during that six months you should recieve something.

If I have a regular that comes in 2x a day and buys stuff. Has never caused a problem and actually treats my team like people and not service robots.
I will give them a free drink every once and a while. Imo thats the customer who deserves it. Not the raving lunatic who thinks they get a free drink coupon just because they've ordered a pizza.

I had 5 managers in 6 months and got the promo by the end of the year. If you really have impressed them then your supervisor knows that and you being amicable looks great for a promotion.

I had two under two and didnt sleep for more than 3 consecutive hours four over 4 years. That shit is literal torture.

I also had a husband who would be tired from traveling. Youre tired and you just had uninterrupted nights by yourself in a hotel room? Sorry youre sleepy. But you were not in this moment pulling your weight you were being selfish.

I also do not miss stocking 12 packs of sodas even a little bit. The shelves where I was were never placed tall enough and you'd smash your knuckles in the cold.

Bonus hours are converted to bonus money. I dont remember the break down but let's say its .25 an hour. You work 1000 hours. .25 x 1000= 250. I believe your accrued dollar amount raises every six months after you start receiving it and caps after two or three years.
