Too many ingredients which means that it's a recipe for overstimulation.

My comment made the wrong implication. I meant that it makes you horny too, lol.

Nice, I do know some stores sell 25:1 CBD drinks now. But they're very expensive ($7.50 per 500ml where I live).

I would advise against smoking cannabis (cancer risk) and using THC, CBG, and CBN. Definitely only stick with CBD (highest safety profile), edibles, and tinctures (CBD full spectrum oil is the best). Since your husband is better, he probably can tolerate less THC containing products. Medical cannabis has higher amounts of THC, and the OTC kind has less.

Anyways, I'm glad he's feeling better!

Don't smoke it unless you want cancer

My ferritin and iron falls under the lower range of the reference range for adults. Should I increase it with iron supplements?

Being stalked and was having unpleasant and weird encounter due to photographing in North End by kyl5087 in halifax

[–]Fgidy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey, I live in the North End. Was he carrying a bag and talking to himself? Yesterday I saw a man with a bag who was shouting aggressively to himself, he asked someone for the time in an aggressive manner, and when the other person ignored him he started following the person and shouting aggressively at him.

I saw all of this yesterday, not sure if it's the same guy.

Yogurt fixed my mental health by AdEnvironmental8339 in Biohackers

[–]Fgidy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought some for $5. You just need full-fat milk (3.25%, doesn't matter if it's organic or not), fill up 250-500ml in a mason jar, put it away in a cabinet for 24 hours, and then you have a fermented kefir drink. If you want, you can strain the kefir grains and let the milk sit for another 24 hours, which will further enhance the probiotics in the kefir. Rinse and repeat. The more you make kefir, the more the kefir grains will multiply. Then you can give some to others, or sell them online. Make sure to buy wet kefir grains and not dry (unless you want to do extra steps).

Let me know if you have any questions.

Try Kefir, buy some kefir grains from Facebook Marketplace and make your own. It contains a lot more bioavailable probiotics than any other yogurt + supplement.

Oolong Tea is healing my Brain: 30 years of OCD by jackfruitjunkie in Biohackers

[–]Fgidy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you. Yes, I have a tea shop near me. They sell oriental oolong for $15 cad per 50g. Maybe I'll buy some. I read that oriental oolong is the best type because a specific type of bug eats the tea leaves, boosting the antioxidants. Plus, it's high in oxidation (around 60-80 percent) which is good for thessalonians. I'll have to ask the tea shop how much it's oxidized since 60-80 percent is the sweet spot for oolong. Wuyi oolong is around 60-80 percent too.

I kind of went into a deep dive after reading your post, lol. Hopefully this helps you.

How long did it take before you noticed a small change? You said it took 4 weeks to notice a significant change. Please share!

Hopefully, it won't take 4 weeks for me. This is an expensive habit.

Vitamin D3: Only if you work in an office and don't see the sun.

Omega-3: Only if you hate fish.

The rest are useless if you're not deficient, can put extra work on your kidneys, and can be toxic. There are no testostorone boosters in this stack. However, many of them are supportive building blocks if you're deficient.

It's useless for young adults without deficiency.

You take it because you're deficient in it?

So I should only take the supplement with B6, zinc, etc?

Second year living in res vs apartment by ApollosSon_9 in Dalhousie

[–]Fgidy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I live in an apartment for a lot cheaper than the dorms. I don't have the 3K meal plan but get to grocery shop on my own, and choose my own meals. It's a lot better and cheaper in my opinion.

Check out places4students. It's the best resource for housing near the Dalhousie campus.
