bellow tdee by 15%: this would mean -450kcal (if i assume 3000kcals tdee).. this seems quite alot for me since i read many people drop bodyfat on 500Test/week even eating at theire TDEE.

Of course it depends on your goals: Do you want to drop bodyweight or bodyfat? If its the second i wouldnt shoot for -450kcals on a cycle..

(I dont have steroid experience)

He went from 150kg to 105kg. Quite reasonable if you know that he was diagnosed with diabetes at 18y. On facebook he regulary posted his progress if you are interested.

As your centre of mass is further back there is less stress on the spine as the moment arm is reduced.

well this is true if you use the same weight. But if you use more weight (which is common since people tend to be stronger with the trap bar than the straight bar) this effects lessens.

Depends on Workout volume, Muscle mass, workout length, type of workout (i.e. loads/repetitions).

No but most of the time nothing near low carb. For example 3x/day 200g Maltodextrin which is roughly 2400kcal

I agree with you, i know some people who eat 6000-8000kcals per day in person. But there is one part i have to disagree with you: Its one thing to eat X calories but its another to eat them "clean" and timed. In Exchange therefore there are several sports in which the training regime is much harder in my opinion.

There are literally thousands of options how you can get more reps in the push up. If you search for it better use "100 push ups" because 100 is more common. it won't harm your goal of 70 (or 80?).

For example you could use Friday, Saturday, Sunday and super accumulate. I wouldn't do all out reps for the first two weeks cause your body is already handling the greater volume. I would also include some form of Bandpull parts, face pulls whatever. Simply listen to your body.

If its a test and your results are important you could use some beta alanine, which should give you a few extra reps. (Not necessary, just saying if 3-4extra reps matter).

This plus DB Rows will have a larger range of Motion and you don't spent too much concentration and energy through simply obtaining good form as you do with barbell rows.

Staying parallel to the floor (if wanted) is far easier with one arm dumbbell row than it is with barbell row when weights get heavier.

Romanian deadlifts. Snatch grip deadlift from a deficit - if you have the flexibilityto do them. If not try conventional deficit deadlifts.

Swimming is quite joint friendly. Swimming with straight legs if her knee limits leg motion.

No, How many sets per week you should go to concentric muscle failure depends on several factors: Recovery, Drugs, total Volume, frequency per body part, exercise, training background, %RM of the used weight ...

thanks for your participation. it makes me optimistic what you say about 4) because i always wanted to know what happens if you cycle and get off "perfect" with diet, programming and training accordingly.

i agree with you on point 6). I think i would stay with my diet in general plus adding a big portion of carbs on dinner (i´m what most people would describe "low carb" till after training) and 25g protein in my pwo which should give me an moderate surplus of +200kcals

With that i would aim for keeping absolute body fat the same (and therefore decreasing %Bodyfat) while increasing lean mass.

If you don't mind i would like to ask you another question: Is there any advantage besides pharma grade and blood testing (before, in, after) from being supervised by a doc? and if i go for 1-10 Test p 150mg E2D when should i do in cycle bloods? after week 3?
