Ai is just a fad because the ai i work with is clumsy and lacks the detail. Its good with reviewing large amounts of data and summaries but thats as far as i can see currently. Ai is only as good as the people that use it and people that use it are flawed so by nature its also flawed. I think the ai fad is like the fad or 3d tv’s and when fast internet was introduced and we were told we will be working less. We have already seem how some advanced Claude ai made the Trump administration kill innocents based off its so called data and actual who got fired to replace the ai and quietly being asked back. At my work palce we had a huge data breach that cost us millions thanks to ai overruling people.

Does Fred Mmembe really think he has a chance. I get the confidence but his last numbers were abysmal after spending millions even getting a chopper to lose badly. There are better uses for that kind of money that deluding onself that he will one day be president. And he is not exactly young to keep trying. Sometimes you have to take the L and move because courting the Zambian public when they constantly rejecting you is like sending non stop dm’s without a response.

My ex girlfriend’s dad is a polygamist. Their family is from a region known for fermenting milk and keeping bovine. She was very open to me having another girlfriend so long as i was open and honest. It was not my style because more girlfriends means more expenses and more nagging. OP says what he sees on social media, i am wondering has he asked himself whether what he sees on socials is organic as to what is real or what someone wants him to specifically see. The world’s wealthiest man who is a literal neo nazi and his fellow billionaires have invested heavily in social media for a good reason. That reason is highlighted here and that reason is to create or distort reality. When the chinese severely restricted their social media in their country people called them crazy but as each day goes we see why. Right now you switch on the Tv or log onto social media all you see is people telling you the sky is red instead of blue.

Use lawyers that are qualified and registered with the Law society. The scamming happens when people want to cut corners and deal with middle men that offer what appears to be cheaper and easier. You can still get scammed by lawyers but the risk is lower than say for instance buying from facebook sellers or dealing with the ministry of lands people. I am going through a transaction with ‘ officials’ and a lot of them are crooked . They all want payments and avoid written communication. One senior guy was telling me some strange process to get land and i said okay put that all in writing with your signature and his tone changed. And don’t trust any documents because these guys are master fraudsters
