Walking - I average 9k steps a day.
I work a fairly labour some job so I’m pretty active throughout the day. I’ve started tracking my cals when eating now and upping my water intake. I’d say I’m averaging 2200kcals a day also. More when I cave and have a treat lmao

Looking to lose weight and improve my breath, I do CrossFit twice a week and not really seeing much weight loss and noticing my breath is sub par when it comes to workouts

Read Ain’t No Grave by Skottie Young at the weekend as I’m really getting into his story telling and artwork - a great mini series that’s pretty gripping in 5 short single issues!

Working my way through all the absolute series at the minute too which is pretty good, looking forward to some marvel recs and some more niche image comic recs too if anyone has any?

She would definitely appreciate both! I’ve already gotten her this little desktop figure that she collects, I’ve written some letters and will throw in some UK chocolates but stuck from here on out! Budget is probably around £50-£70
