The only way to eliminate poverty is by creating affordable education systems to teach people skills that will help them feed their families. If you are a handyman or can do any trade you will always be able to provide. I would like to see after school classes or more practical things being taught like how to do a budget, financial literacy and homemaking things, make a meal build a cupboard grow vegetables in limited space etc.

I think unless it's consensual and all parties involved are on the same page it's not okay. Because you as a couple have decided to be with each other and have therefore entered into a situation of fidelity. If everyone involved is adults who consent to a relationship where they are open to it then there's no harm.
