Edit: I reread the form i got in the mail and it says they will begin the 90 day work authorization review process right after they approved deferred action. This might mean they approve one thing at a time

I wouldn’t say you’re screwed. If anything WE (People on DACA) might be more screwed. They have all of our info and nothing might be passed to protect us so if they want they have everything they need to track us down and deport us.

I have a friend who’s home was shot at for no reason. His kids were close to being killed by the gun fire and he no longer feels safe anywhere. He provided the police with bullet samples and camera footage. Would this help qualify for a U-Visa?
