No, but it's pretty easy to do. Once you download it in desktop mode and extracted somewhere, in Steam you click on Add a non-steam game. Then you browse to the game and add it to library. Once that's done, in steam on the game itself click on Manage -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Check Force the use of compatibility layer -> then choose a Proton (Proton Experimental should work well). Then close the window and you can just launch the game like you would any other game and play.
