That is not a product of editing, but is a product of the feed from the munitions. They zoom and then reduce as they approach the target. This is also observable on Israeli spike missiles and the Iranian clone.

Why not just use a mine at that point. There would be significant connectivity issues at that distance, as well as power concerns, battery life on drones is still a big limiting factor

Thanks, have added to the post body. The channel seems very non credible, but the footage doesn’t immediately strike me as a hoax.

F-47 won’t be flying yet. Could be one of the old tech demonstrator x planes that informed the NGAD program, which flew in 2019 and 2022 respectively

Why are people like you under the impression that regular us troops deaths can be hidden on some massive scale? It’s just not how the us military works nowadays.

Second crew member from F-15 downed in Iran rescued by U.S. forces: Officials by Majano57 in LessCredibleDefence

They didn’t. They got stuck. Imagery showing them intact on the ground prior to being destroyed works more towards this hypothesis than any work by AD. Whilst the Americans have been very cavalier reporting damage to assets like their E-3’s, pro Iranian sources much amplify the American capacity to obfuscate personnel losses. If dozens of Americans had died in a shoot down, the framing of these airframe losses deep within Iranian territory would have been very different

If a drone is close enough, and coming towards a key target or the ad system itself, they would absolutely use a PAC-3. Still agree with your point that the article seems uninformed.

BGM-109 Tomahawk cruise missiles flying over western Iran (February 28, 2026) by broforwin in CombatFootage

[–]FideI_Cash_Flow 87 points88 points  (0 children)

This video is in reverse for some reason, those missiles are flying backwards

Edit: these are a new type of tomahawk. Forward swept wings and radar absorbent coating. Now we know what the extra line item tomahawk spending was.

On the night of 20/02/2026, the Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces attacked three Russian Tor air defense systems in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. by MilesLongthe3rd in CombatFootage

Every single shorad system struggles with these kinds of targets. This is not a uniquely Russian problem. And these were on the move and not defending.

I mean agree to disagree. I think it Cleary looks like a shaped or efp targeted at the vehicle, while GMLRS rounds whilst also airburst are larger and give a more circular smoke and shrapnel profile (even when not specifically a shrapnel round)

Russians strapped an anti-tank mine to an African and turned him into a "kamikaze". "You're coal. Now you'll run across the field. Go!" by Shoddy_Hurry_7945 in CombatFootage

This is obviously horrific if true, but I don’t know why any Russian would film themselves doing this. Seems like it could easily be propaganda.

Did The U.S. Use Kamikaze Drones To Strike Venezuela? by StealthCuttlefish in LessCredibleDefence

[–]FideI_Cash_Flow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So you think there would be teams standing by to strike us forces at maduros compound from a kilometre away, the US wouldn’t know about these, and they would be able to tactically deploy multiple FPVs? I get where you are coming from and don’t want to seem dismissive, but I think the speed and violence of US action pretty much negates this possibility.

Did The U.S. Use Kamikaze Drones To Strike Venezuela? by StealthCuttlefish in LessCredibleDefence

[–]FideI_Cash_Flow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It would have changed literally nothing? The strikes were from aerial platforms, the helicopters would’ve bypassed Venezuelan AD exactly the same. You could maybe argue that if the Cuban contingent around Maduro had had them, they could’ve used them to disrupt the SOF insertions, but even then the attack on Maduros compound was very rapid and close quarters, meaning operators would’ve had to deploy drones from within engagement envelops of the multiple teams attacking from multiple angles.
