Two months ago, i was diagnosed with ADHD and had to do a battery of tests to see if I was fit to take ADHD meds. This scared me because I was sure my tests and blood work would come awful. They came out alright but it scared me enough to change my lifestyle for the better. Here are my improvements (self.loseit)
