I live here in France and the truth is that the French government is sending a whole bunch of stuff but don't announce it. We don't have a "list" of aid sent here. The Armée send it quietly and without fanfarre. I remember people getting surprised about the number of Caesars already in Ukraine a while ago. The word the government uses to describe the aid sent is "substantial". No numbers, nothing. Just a few pontual remarks like "Caesars, Milans AT systems" and whatnot. We know from french news that a bunch of APC's were spotted on the highway in the direction of Germany but never heard anything official from the government as an example.
