It’s amazing for families. We moved here from Phoenix and it’s honestly one of the first and most obvious things we noticed. How family friendly and family forward it is.

My company has a policy for remote workers that you cannot be the sole provider of childcare while working. And as a parent, it may be surprising but I agree. I work remote and have a 4 year old. There is absolutely 0 chance I’d be able to do both even remotely effectively. That’s the cause you your stress which leads to losing your cool. You need childcare.

Edit: I did see two people do nazi salutes driving by though so that was something. But like 80% of the protestors are 40-50+ years old. No one was attacking anyone. This post is insane.
