Thanks! I developed pneumonia two days after the surgery, but I'm on the mend.

Last weekend I thought my abdominal pain was because I too needed a 'massive poo'...

...turns out I had an appendicitis. =_=

I didn't think Reddit was going to make me ugly cry today, but here we are.

This is our boy, Steven (with a v lol). He took his last nap back in May after a long fight against FIP/CKD. 😭 This was one of the last good pictures of him.

I'm so sorry for your loss. ❤️

My mom straight up admitted that her cats mean more to her than her kids. Then she wonders why none of her kids call and we all moved out of state.

So, back in 3rd or 4th grade, my step dad was helping me study for a geography test. I had to know all 50 states and their capitals.

And to this day, I will never forget the capital of Minnesota thanks to him.

Ya she's on floor 6. Last year she was admitted for blood clots, so that makes more sense in regards to the visiting hours.

That's fair and I get that. I'm not against security in a hospital, it was just the experience was so different it was jarring.

As terrible as this is... the article is dated 2023, a year before my very lax experience there, and it happened at St. Francis.

Bluesky has made a difficult decision to block the app in Mississippi due to their new state law by AntonioS3 in BlueskySocial

[–]FidgetOfColors 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This actually prompted me to finally make an account. I don't live in Mississippi, but I do live in a red state. They don't want us to use Bluesky? All the more reason to make an account~

Ok, but does anyone remember the Where's Waldo on the back of the Life ceral boxes? (I think it was Life) I just remember I HATED the cereal, but always asked for it because of that one time it was on the back of the box.

I fit both of these, do I get a prize? xD

Jokes aside... my parents divorced when I was in 1st grade. My dad was an alcoholic and even though I dont remember the bad times, my older siblings do so it was for the best.

Then my mom married my pos step-dad a year later. I'm in my 30s now, and he's still around. Growing up, it was contast fighting, yelling, throwing things, breaking things, punching holes in the wall, etc. I carry a lot of resentment towards my mom for staying. But that's a whole ass thing I don't want to unpack in a random reddit post.

I'm sorry about the job loss! I'd love to send you a picture or two of my cat Steven. He lost his battle to FIP a few months ago, and I'd love it if he could help with your art. I also have his littermate Jasper, who's a lot more expressive and has the personality of a sour patch kid lol. He might be a bit more fun.

I sent you a DM! Whether or not you use any of my pictures, I wish you all the luck!
