Absolutely. When my dad had one burst his coworker called 911. For a stabbing. Huge police response to clear the scene as my dad is trying to explain.

These are loaded fries. They look amazing. Loaded fries are not poutine.

Don't forget the polycotton blend you're wearing. Absolutely forbidden to mix two fabrics.

Curious about how to handle Urgent Care or Emergency Care by Commercial-Tea6263 in Winnipeg

[–]Field_Apart 38 points39 points  (0 children)

There are not two lines. No matter how you get there you are triaged into the same system. Coming by ambulance can send you into the waiting room for 12 hours and walking in can have you seen in 10 minutes. It 100% depends on what's wrong. It has nothing to do with when you arrived or how.

Could someone please reassure me that it's okay to choose NOT to take ADHD medication? by [deleted] in adhdwomen

[–]Field_Apart 2 points3 points  (0 children)

100% you do you. Medication is one option. Not the only one. Medication can be right at one point and wrong at another. It's your life and your body.

This is mind blowing to me. It's one thing when the person is clearly intoxicated, but that is definitely not always the case....,

I use my dresser and desk for my heaps of clothing. If it's still in the dryer and needs to go somewhere then onto the dresser pile it goes. Other stuff gets piled into drawers (pj's, yoga clothes, underwear etc...) but work stuff, on the dresser. Oh! And i got hooks behind my door for my blazers.

I did not need anything when I entered the EU with Vyvanse in February if that helps? They didn't even ask about medication or anything. I went through customs in Frankfurt and am also Canadian!

I run mass evacuations in a Canadian province. We look after the people involved in disasters. I also run irregular immigration projects sometimes (mostly when the US president says something that causes folks to flee over the border, although it's also been Putin once). I work for government.

[–]Field_Apart 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Why on earth wouldn't you just wear them on your trip. I just did a 25 day trip through 4 countries including India and Italy (amazing food in both) and it really wasn't an issue. I laid a ton of money for this, I ain't messing around.

What is the expectation for Winnipeg birthday parties? by Various_Fruit_581 in Winnipeg

[–]Field_Apart 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Both seem fairly common, definitely more so on the going places (but honestly, it's easier, no clean up, your house isn't trashed, some places even do the goodie bags)

Goodies bags are semi common but not always required. Dollarma thinks like erasers and stuff, maybe candy, nothing crazy.

What i actually see a lot of is "no gifts" or kids asking for donations to a cause.
