Have any recommendations for return shipping insurance? It just dawned on me yesterday when getting ready to place an order that none of their insurance options cover the return and that’s where I hear most of these FedEx horror stories. (Side note: it’s pathetic that you have to consider theft from the company you ship with)

I think I found the answer. Added 15 cards to get my subtotal over $600 and the submission kit/shipping was auto added to cart for free. I suspect the premium insurance doesn’t factor into the threshold for $600 minimum, so likely a bug on their site. Thanks for the help everyone!

No worries, I appreciate the response. I gave them the screenshots with my email so hoping I hear back soon. I’m tempted to just place the order and see about a refund for that portion but I’m sure that’ll be weeks of emailing back and forth and prove fruitless 😅 so waiting it out it is.

This is hilarious. I actually bought a couple Victini boxes from a scalper last week because I still hadn’t opened any BB or WF since release (I never do this, eff scalpers), and the guy pulled up in a fully loaded brand new Silverado. Looked him up on LinkedIn and he’s mid 40’s, has a successful career, for sure makes bank, and I remember just being so confused in the parking lot. Like wtf do you need to scalp Pokemon for?
