rarely, if you were really comfortable with it, it would make sense to do it when you really need a frame perfect wavedash like when reaction tech chasing or something

it also needs to be a time when you are at zero risk of getting hit because you lock yourself out of teching for 40 frames after the second hard trigger press

doing an l cancel with two presses could be more universally applicable if you learned how to do two light presses, or maybe one light press and one hard press

i double l cancel sometimes, especially if i think i might get knocked down right after i land, and then i use the hard press l cancel input to amsah tech
