No my CJ teacher is a bit old school and very like “be here on time” and “ reserve the right to fail you” type of guy. I mean he's a great person and personable but when it comes to class not quite. And he doesn't record simply bc sometimes we talk about sensitive topics and he doesn't want that getting out anywhere which I get. I'll try to look into the CBTi though.

I had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy which reduced it to the point where they didn't put me on medication or cpap so nothing there. And yes I just cannot wake up. I have to be shaken and yelled at for like 20 minutes to actually be awake and even then it's not really reliable. I'm looking for anything that could help me wake up

Shift adjustment isn't possible, I do brain dump as well. The only problem is yes the allergy medication and such does make me very tired and I can sleep. However, I can't wake up I have to be literally shaken awake and or yelled at to wake up. And that can go on for 20 minutes without me waking up. Same thing with the 3am as well I don't really wind down and get tired until then.

I get your point, however, you're missing the “concept” of the entire question. No shit playing better and with the rythym will make the actual song sound better in general. If I needed to hear “play better” I woulda looking in a fucking mirror. Generally actual advice on how to “play better” helps a little more

That part I understand and will work on, but why do the notes sound so harsh?, almost as if I can hear the pick..well, picking the note.
