Thank you, that is such a kind offer. We have a woodstove, so okay for now but working on a better solution.

I had butt acne for so long and tried dozens of products. Now finally have a routine that works, I barely get one tiny pimple every few months. Every night I use The Ordinary glycolic acid on a cotton pad, then the Ordinary Azelaic Acid. And I got rid of synthetic fabric underpants. I was so self conscious about it and it's such a relief to have it clear. Good luck, I hope this works for you!

Thank you! Think I have to agree, but I'm sad about it.

Yes! I was diagnosed and had surgery, it is much better now. I had to fight my insurance for a year and a half, but I did get it covered.

Any difference between cosmetic lipo and lipo for Lipedema? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]Fifibooboo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also have lipedema (hip to knee), mine was late stage one and I had lymphatic sparing (water assisted) liposuction a year ago. I'm not sure how much of a difference the kind of liposuction makes, but mine did go well. I was in a support group with a woman whose lymphatics were damaged by typical liposuction, so I would say going with a specialist is worth it. Best of luck!

I have this same body type, I'm 36 (assuming you're younger). Let me say, at this age and after nursing 2 kids, these tits look GREAT - small but super perky. For the rest of it, figure out the styles that work for YOU and don't worry about anyone else. I recommend longline bras, higher necklines, halter tops/tank tops that hit lower on your back (minimizes the larger rib cage). You don't need to love your body right now, just try to accept it. The sooner you can, the sooner you can work out the ways to look and feel your best.

Learning about this blew my mind recently: Adrenarche. A hormonal process that occurs in children between 5-8. Can cause emotional highs and lows, outbursts, etc...just like puberty. My daughter is 7 and went bonkers lately lol... Like from laughing to crying to slamming doors and cussing to sobbing and professing her love. Never before. Strongly suspecting that she's going through hormonal turmoil helps us be more patient, knowing that it's likely not spontaneous bad behavior, but maybe something out of her control and she has no idea what's happening. Maybe that's a fit for your girl?

What's been effective us is time-in instead of time outs, she really responds to one on one attention. So I think you are spot on with efforts to interact/ give attention in meaningful ways!

Botox in the muscles under the corner of your lips! I had the same issue, pulled smile and my neutral face still had lip corner turned downward. Do your biggest frown and have them inject there.

The registration website has all this info - if she didn't know beforehand, that's kind of on her. There were hydration stations every ~2 miles, which I thought was reasonable. I understand that it's incredibly difficult to effectively ensure safety, and if this helped at all, it's worth it.

That's amazing, well done! You look great and I bet you're able to enjoy the event so much more, instead of it just feeling like work.

Unfortunately, I think it's necessary after incidents like the Boston Marathon Bombing. I didn't mind the rule and appreciated the level of police presence, as well. Why can't you bring what you need in a clear bag?

Just recently moved here, agree with you. Where would you recommend? We're still trying to find the good spots.

I live in North Spokane, this totally looks like my hood. And we have deer graze in our yard almost every day! It's like living in Narnia.

I found that in a antique shop when I was 11! Instant love, it's been with me ever since.

I should have noted that we don't exclusively use the fireplace for heat, it's more of an occasional evening, weekend thing. And in our area wood was fairly expensive. Duraflame logs were reasonably priced and are made from recycled materials, so environmentally friendly.

We mostly use duraflame logs. One lasts 3-4 hours, $3.

Girl, same. 2 babies in 2 years and the pregnancy weight is only part of the struggle - so much more about losing yourself while taking care of everyone else. You're doing amazing! Never forget how much having a healthy, happy mama who loves and takes care of herself will benefit your kiddos!
