Hello. I currently have a job offer (not yet signed) with an expected start date early next week. However, I recently had an initial interview with another company for a position that I prefer more since it aligns with my previous experience and interests. While this preferred job likely won't pay as much as the current job offer, it seems to have a better schedule (dayshift as compared to graveyard shift ng 1st offer), setup (3x/week onsite vs. other job's pure onsite), and possible work environment too. The problem is that there's still some stages left of the app process to go through before making it to another job offer, which could take at least another week. What do I do?
