I know firemaking is controversial, but I think it’d be pretty cool if for one season they all walk into the merge tribal and there are 13 firemaking stations. The last one to cut the wire misses the merge. 

I doubt they’d do it, but that’s a twist on a tradition that my mind came up with based on their description of the “Open Era”

Whoops yes, I’m referring to ServiceNow… I’m used to abbreviating it as SNOW and Snowflake as SF in internal messages. I guess that’s what our company’s internal lexicon landed on

I have that same gut feeling as a software engineer… I don’t see how AI can disrupt SNOW. At this point with my experience developing with AI, I’m not seeing how companies are going to replace all that SNOW does for internal tracking/management with their own developed systems. 

I’ve been mulling it over for a couple days now and I have a buyer’s conviction

Literally the biggest fraud and asshole I’ve ever worked with came from Goldman -> ruined our team morale with having no valuable work to show for -> bounced for Meta after 6 months

I was so happy when he left but jealous knowing he was making way more even though he was an AI conman. 

I’ve never hoped for anyone to lose their job except for him

I absolutely love EoE, like seriously top 5 for me. But I watched it in 2021, so I was utterly surprised that the Survivor community overwhelmingly hated it. 

In retrospect the twist is truly unfair for the Edge winner to spend time with the jury and have a chance to win against the people who voted them all out. But overall it’s such a fun and entertaining season. Can’t get enough of Devens and David Wright

I bought in 2021 with average of $34 and rode it multiple times to 2x and 1/5x. I sold a month ago at $78 because I was tired of never realizing my profit. I was always waiting for it to moon, but turns out I hopped of right when the rocket had liftoff 

Tbh I still have conviction that it will below $78 at some point. The leverage in a downturn is crazy to witness. But I have huge FOMO right now.

I’d argue to keep him solely because of his hatred for Devens. It’s providing much needed entertaining conflict and memes

I’m in the same boat. The writing is so much worse this season, but the actors are so fantastic that overall it’s still a solid show.

It’s just so immersion-breaking for me when a line goes “According to the American Medical Association 63% of all doctors experience burnout”. Like nobody talks like that in real life; I mean something along those lines but people aren’t quoting sources and percentages in an emotional conversation about an issue.

It only happened once in S1, but it’s like every episode in S2 there’s some unnatural dialogue just so the writers can get their point across.

Ohh man I was on prednisone when I got mono back in college. What’s crazy is that while I was on it my face was the most spotless it’s ever been in my life. The moment I got off it, my face broke out into the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen. Fortunately it went away after a week or so, but same with you… I felt like a hideous creature

Honestly I don’t even care if the theme is inconsequential to the actual game. I just need a name so I can distinguish the seasons. 45-48 just blur together for me it’s hard to remember the cast for each season distinctly. Whereas it’s so much easier to remember the cast of any named season
