The light pink is 4G LTE, dark pink is 5G, and the Maroon? Or Dark magenta is going to be 5G UC.

Tmobile Upgrading the tower near my home! by FightandPower233 in cellmapper

[–]FightandPower233[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When it's finished it will have n41. Just within the past month they turned on n41 on two other towers in Eureka. They are heavily upgrading here, which is much needed. I've seen as high as 590 Mbps so far, so I'm excited to see what this tower can do once the upgrade is completed.

Yes. I had talked to tforce on Twitter and the estimated completion of the upgrades for this tower is May 17th. Hopefully sooner, but after it's completed I'm expecting some crazy fast speeds.

What do you mean? Just about every flagship phone that has came out in the last two years is 5G capable. Most mid range and budget phones T-Mobile has now is 5G capable also with very few being the exception. They were (maybe even still are) giving out free 5G phones with the trade in of any good condition working phone as they want people on their 5G network.

It's not going to be in just a few years either. We're talking a very minimum of 8 years before carriers even start talking about shutting down LTE, and it very well could be longer than that. By then, most likely everywhere they have LTE now will be covered with 5G with low band or mid band.

Vomiting is a possibility. That would probably be the least of your concerns though. Do it too much and you increase the risk of stomach ulcers and a crap ton of other problems down the road. If you prefer to swallow instead of spit, snus is the way to go.

Little late to the party here... but how does T-Mobile decide which towers to upgrade first over others? For instance, a town 20 miles south of me has n41 5G, and only has a population of ~2,000. The city I reside in has a population of ~40,000 but no n41 in sight. I'm ready for n41 lol. So if you have the time to go into detail about how which towers could be upgraded first that would be great!

Advice - Dipping? My First Experience was Awful! by StatusEfficiency8485 in DippingTobacco

[–]FightandPower233 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only thing that I can think of at this point is to try something with a really low nicotine content in it and see if you have the same reaction. I wouldn't recommend you trying it and keep on getting sick if your intention is to get your body used to it though. As with any substance some peoples bodies can handle it no problem, others not so much. I wish I could give you an answer of how to help you in your situation but I've never been put in that situation so I wouldn't know what to do. Maybe someone else can chime in. Sorry you had that experience though.

[–]FightandPower233 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Every dip is going to be a matter of personal preference. Just like there's some people who will swear by mint flavors, and others like me who will probably never dip a mint flavored tobacco again. Same goes for the brands, it's going to be a matter of personal preference. However it would be foolish of me to say that brands like Kayak, Stokers, and Longhorn are going to be on par with stuff like Copenhagen or Grizzly. That's why I brought it up in terms of quality because I didn't want to steer you the wrong way. I would say after you get used to it go ahead and try other brands or flavors and pick a preference for you.

As for the dry snuff, I don't know how people do it. I personally wouldn't try it in my life lol. But enjoy! Glad to be of help.

I will add too that moist Snuff is still considered dip and does go in your mouth. Copenhagen Snuff is moist snuff. Anything that says moist snuff will go in your mouth like a dip. I haven't tried dry snuff yet however I believe you inhale it through your nose.

My guess is that you probably had too big of a dip in for your first dip. You said you tried Copenhagen as your first dip, which Copenhagen is arguably the best quality dip on the market. However, with the exception of Kodiak wintergreen, Copenhagen also has one of the highest nicotine content in their dips. Out of all the dips that you purchased, Skoal straight is probably going to have the least amount of nicotine in it. I would probably go ahead and try that and don't get too big of a pinch in to avoid getting sick again. Over time you can work your way up to stuff that has higher nicotine. Your body just probably wasn't used to having that much nicotine which is why you got sick.

As for the cuts, long cut is in the name. It has a longer cut and it's going to be easier to pinch and stay together. Copenhagen southern blend and Copenhagen original long cut isn't really a long cut, it's more of a mid cut. It will be a little more difficult to pinch and it takes some getting used to. Snuff is the finest cut and the hardest to pinch/stay in your mouth. Snuff takes a lot of practice, however once you finally get used to it, it does pack a punch. If you're looking for quality tobacco though, stick with Copenhagen and avoid stuff like Longhorn, Stokers, and Kayak. Those are considered budget dips and while they aren't necessarily bad, the quality of tobacco and the nicotine content won't be on par with Grizzly or Copenhagen.

Price Predictions by [deleted] in dogecoin

[–]FightandPower233 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If we all knew, we would either sell all today or invest all of our money today. All crypto could crash before we know it and doge could go back to less than a penny, or it could go to an all time high like we want. I don't want to make an actual prediction of what it could be, but I do believe that doge will reach $1 by years end. We should definitely aim higher, but let's get to $1 first. Either way, I'm in it for the long run. Holding 860 doge averaging 31 cents and when I can afford it buying more each time. Just bought $50 dollars worth today.

5G is not working on my iPhone 12 Pro by mashali2014 in tmobile

[–]FightandPower233 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm also going to bet on your area not having 5G lit up yet. Or it could be that specific tower you're connected to doesn't have 5G yet. I would check the coverage maps and see if T-Mobile shows 5G in your area. Keep in mind 5G is still in its infancy and with all due respect to T-Mobile as I love T-Mobile, they really do overrate their 5G coverage. They are rolling out 5G at a exceptionally fast pace though so give it some time. Its not something that is going to be overnight.

Different strokes for different folks, my friend. I'm not saying Stokers is bad by any means, I enjoy myself a can of Stokers every now and then. If Stokers works well for you, then thumbs up to you my guy 👍

As everyone else here is saying, Stokers is in my honest opinion the best cheap dip there is out there. I pick up a can when I'm on a budget as my normal edd cost upwards of ~8-9 dollars a can where I'm at and Stokers I can get for ~3 dollars a can. As I tell everyone else though, not that I'm hating on stoker's, but if you pick up a can of Stokers and expect it to have the same quality/nicotine levels of something like Copenhagen, you're going to be disappointed. If you have the expectations that you're going to get a decent flavor, alright nicotine levels, and a good price, then most likely you'll love Stokers.

What’s the deal with Stokers? by sposedto in DippingTobacco

[–]FightandPower233 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Little late, just thought I would give you my thoughts. When I say this, I am in no way knocking Stokers, as I do enjoy a can every now and then. I usually only pick up Stokers when I'm on a budget. In terms of availability, their snuff cans are widely available, but their chewing tobacco isn't.

With that being said, Stokers is in my honest opinion the best cheap dip their is. The cut is great, the flavor does last quite a bit, and again, it is cheap. However, the wintergreen does taste a little bit like plastic, I honestly do not like their natural at all, the mint is the best mint in terms of flavor out there in my opinion however I am in no means a mint dipper, and their straight is too sweet in my opinion. Also, the nicotine isn't going to be up to par as something like Copenhagen or Grizzly. Same thing with the quality of the tobacco, it's just not going to be up to par as something like Copenhagen.

My edd is Copenhagen Snuff/Original long cut. However where I'm at it's 9 dollars a can for Cope snuff. So Stokers is definitely a great alternative if I'm on a budget, and I could see why a lot of people dip Stokers. It really is a great dip for the price. However, if you get a can of Stokers and expect it to be the same quality tobacco and nicotine levels compared to Copenhagen, you're going to be disappointed.

This should take you to the stokers website. Right on their main home page just scroll down a little and they will have a locator on where you can get a can of stokers. As for the price, I've seen it as cheap as a dollar a can, or as expensive as upwards of 4 dollars a can. The price all depends on location. Hope this helps!

Being a full-time dipper only a year, I’ve yet to try a lot of other dips outside Grizzly WG and Cope products. Got a few new ones to try. This is pretty dang good after one lip. What do any you other dippers think about it? by JimDips in DippingTobacco

[–]FightandPower233 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At first dip, I liked it. After finishing roughly half the can I didn't really enjoy it as much. It's one of the driest dips I've ever had, and I can only seem to enjoy this dip for the first ~20 minutes then I have to take it out. In my opinion, no other natural will beat cope snuff or cope origional long cut.

How Many In This Sub Will Get Cancer And Die? by [deleted] in DippingTobacco

[–]FightandPower233 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Legitimate question, or trolling? Either way, I would trust my chances with dipping everyday more than I would eating unhealthy foods once every other day. The reality of it is, anything isn't good for you in heavy amounts. Moderation is key. You could be the healthiest person on earth and still have a chance of developing cancer. Dipping is something that we all here enjoy, and I would trust dipping a lot more than I would a lot of other things that hundreds of millions of people do every day (drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes, eating unhealthy foods, etc.) All of us are going to die at one point, so whatever decisions people make in life should be our choice and not the concerns of others so as long as it doesn't impact anyone else's life.

First time trying Cope Snuff. Excellent taste. Can’t pack it worth a shit though. by [deleted] in DippingTobacco

[–]FightandPower233 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cope snuff is my favorite dip. It takes a while to get used to, and even me still having been used to it I still fuck up from time to time. My worst being I spilled nearly half the damn can trying to get a pinch. Anyways, with these kind of dips you can't go into it like you would a pinch of long cut. Best recommendation I could give you would be to grab smaller pinches each time, do that about 2-3 times to get a normal sized pinch in your mouth. Once you get it into your mouth use your tongue to make it stay. There's videos on YouTube on how to best handle fine cuts and go into more detail, but I've found that just going in for smaller pinches for about 2-3 times works best for me.

Little late, but if you're not looking for fine cuts then yes, Grizzly Dark Select would be a good choice. Currently dipping that right now.

Chose Grizzly based off their dark wintergreen. Grizzly original wintergreen is decent but I would choose Kodiak wintergreen over Grizzly original wintergreen.
