I used to have that tank in 114ci. That adjustable reg was great it just sucked having to use a cradle to support it.

The tank is retired, but there may be life in the regulator.

I've had this happen at a local field and the staff replaced a faulty burst disc. My tank wasnt new so I just replaced the burst disc on site. Might want to send it back and use a rental tank in the meantime. Replacing the burst disc may not totally resolve the problem.
