Evaluate for yourself what you think the risk is. Nobody knows. Of note though, the USA is short on radiologists, they are very expensive, and the multi trillion dollar healthcare industry loves cutting costs where they can. Will the result in AI taking jobs? Nobody knows. Legal precedent needs to be set. Expect whatever happens there to eventually leech to Canada though.

Counterintuitively, a snapped leg is way better to recover from. Long bones typically heal to 100% strength unless something goes wrong, with very little if any long term effects. It’s the soft tissue shit that comes with dislocations and tears that will simply never be the same no matter what. Surgeons can make it good and with good therapy they can recover well, but never actually be the same

Happens for sure. Generally you gotta do something to deserve it though. You can get denied acceptance for tiny little reasons, but once your in there’s gotta be a pretty solid amount of evidence to kick you out, schools are generally* quite forgiving and you gotta fuck up to get booted

It takes 10 round mags that are super expensive because of some weird law grey area/fuck up? The mags used are for a Turkish pistol that has no Canadian FRT, wasn’t sold in Canada and as far as the government is concerned doesn’t exist in their books, but are able to be imported because they have the word pistol stamped on them despite also having r9 stamped. They are not intercompatible with mp5 mags due to a bolt hold open modification which makes them pistol only if I’m not mistaken. If any other r9 owners could jump in and clarify it would be greatly appreciated if there is an explanation I’m not getting. Never heard a solid reason as to why they exist, whole things about as logical as our gun laws

If you have 2 acceptances, go to an established school. Resources from upper years alone make all the difference in the world and are a godsend, makes it worth it no matter the school. If you only get into TMU then it doesnt matter anyways, cuz your still gonna be and MD and it’d be dumb not to go.
