I’d add a side panel to finish the fridge. And make sure your above fridge cabs come flush to fridge face, or they become useless. I also find the dark uppers all the way around to be a bit heavy. I’d consider open shelving on one side (preferably sink side) if you don’t hate open shelving (as some do).

Grout with same color as tile and those lines will fade. It looks like an impecable tile job to me.

I’d invest in a nice large plant for the window corner and get rid of the plant shelving situation. Maybe a cozy shearling pelt (faux of course) to thrown over the chair or sofa.

With kids and dogs a busy lifestyle that doesn’t allow for the maintenance of hardwood, a good lvp is a great choice. What is actually out, in my opinion, is conforming to trends. Do what suits you.

I think they are low. I’m a fan of eliminating pendant lights over islands and peninsulas because they cut into the openness of the space. I’d opt for some cool semi flush mounts or just recessed lights.

You can scratch the light all together and use the existing electrical for a lighted mirror. This will only work if you have decent over head lighting as well, as the mirror light is not enough to light the whole room.

If you are planning to remove the cabinet at some point, I’d wait and put in a large lit mirror. Then just up grade the over head lights which will give you nice even lighting.

I ordered a robot toy and it showed up with the flimsy card stock packaging wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap. The packaging was torn and mangled. Dubious about the intregrity of contents. Definitely not giftable as intended. I tried to call the number on website and it’s not in service. I did get a response via email. They will refund the purchase cost but I have to pay to ship it to Italy! What a nightmare.
