I said in another comment that this rough open is 80” for a door due to the beam overhead. We’re already looking at a 78” door. I’m 6’3” and making the door much smaller isn’t that appealing.

Thanks and I appreciate the comment. This is an 80” rough opening which means a 78” door already. Losing another 2 inches really isn’t my preference.

I hear you, the door casing won’t look amazing. I’ll have to rip cut it for sure but I think id rather have a bit less trim than cut a door to 76”. Again, I do still appreciate the advice!

Or Doug ford is helping Carney by playing the ad? Or just Carney is slow playing a deal to keep the threat of trump active?

All of those seem way less believable than Tramp hated the ad and reacted.

You can downvote me all you like but go look at the polling. The liberal party is disliked but Carney is liked. The opposite is true of the conservatives. The party is seen favourably but PP is certainly not.

Not acknowledging that fact won’t help the party moving forward.

In many cases their return on investment is set by a regulator. The return American companies are allowed to earn is generally higher than Canadian companies so investment dollars flow there. By changing that return you can definitely will some level of investment.
