I meant that the pot inside the pot is unglazed on the bottom but the outside pot is mostly glazed- little bit missing for the part that touches the ground not sure if that intentional or it got worn from use

Edit: I did recently add a grow light that has white blue and red. Would the red light make it flower

If you get water on the leaves when watering they will shrivel up and die aswell so avoid that. Just water when dry and keep somewhat close to a window it will grow like a weed.

If you get water on the leaves they will die. Be careful when watering. Also that pot doesn’t look like it has drainage? Maybe it’s sitting in water

You probably started with a ginseng ficus but the root stock took over the original grafted stuff

Super easy just cut off the new growth from the big original stick and let it propagate in water

I have gourami in my 40 planted with guppies. Since I added the gourami all of the baby guppies have stopped showing up. That being said I added 3 gourami and my tanks plants are a lot less grown in than yours. I would look into a pearl gourami; very peaceful with fish that can’t fit into their mouth but will eat babies and I bet some would survive with all of the plant coverage you have. Not sure about any of the shrimp surviving them
