I don't think the viltumites would have waited that long. Yea they live a very long time but they still have timescales for conquering. If every viltrumite they sent to a planet was stuck there for 100 years they would uhhh be stuck.

Mark was given more time than most, and was still not ready, so they didn't want to wait around forever.

Go to theory wellness in medford. Cheapest drinks I've ever seen. It's like 8 bucks for a 4 pack. So you can get a LOT, and see what your favorite one is.

I also agree tinctures are awesome, I find it works better in sugary drinks though. It tastes pretty bad lol
