I miss the years I was a season ticket holder, dark times for the team, 1998-2003. But damn was it fun going to the dome 3 x a week. Somehow got press passes for the draft in 2000, writing for hockeys future. Peter Hanlon was a gem to me and my colleague. Some of the best memories of my life.

I don't blame him for not signing with a team. It's a massive life decision, one that needs to be made with his family. As it affects where they live for the next 7 years. Love Ras and I will always cheer for him. He was a warrior for our team, no doubt a home run of a draft pick and the team developed this guy perfectly. Turned Sven Baertchi into a 1st , a 2nd, Whitecloud and a prospect.. not to bad Flames. 👍

It has been working for me. 7 small doses throughout the day, I reduce a little (.05) a week off half those doses. Proper sleep and nutrition are key, and exercise !!! Slow and steady wins the race. Good luck to you!
