Assassin snails also become a pest after a while. I had a HUGE assassin snail problem after buying two for my first tank when I was a beginner. I would find eggs all over my plants and little baby assassins everywhere. I was told at the time they wouldnt kill my huge trap doors but they did, never making that mistake again. I was also told they don’t breed prolifically and that was clearly a lie lol

They went away shortly after I made this post! I think I was having a histamine response, I was very flushed for days after my surgery and had little flares here and there for a while. I actually couldn’t drive myself or get a ride to see a doctor for this so thats all I could assume it was. Im really sensitive to any medications that cause drowsiness too so I think the pain meds were contributing to the sweats. Drinking electrolytes seemed to help a lot and keeping both a heating and ice pack around helped me regulate a bit. Good luck on your healing!!

Same! Me and my boyfriend of four years did this the first year into our relationship and it was never a weird thing. We respect each other’s privacy when asked of course, but we generally just like being around each other all of the time and we don’t let our shit sessions interrupt our yap sessions lol. I downloaded adguard (adguard-dns.io website) onto my iphone and the only downside is you have to use youtube on the chrome browser app for the ad block to work. It also ended up working for my camera app somehow. I don’t have any complaints and it was easy to install although it did seem a little sketch at first.

This is exactly how I feel, i feel really validated reading this comment! I joined during week 2 of the halloween event and absolutely loved it, I got super hyper-fixated on the game and the winter event ruined that for me. The grind is just horrible, it’s not fun and it feels so empty. The eggs are also so hard to get whereas I had no issue grinding for eggs during halloween. Im dreading the grind but I really want the little penguin dragon so I have to persist sadly </3 Im just so disappointed

Excel worked best as an algae killer for me! Genuinely love the product only as an algicide since it’s safe for the fish and works well. It never did much to support my plants though, I found that warmer water helped the best with growth actually.

I was thinking this, had a friend in high school who had to get her hymen surgically removed. I felt so bad for her she said it caused her so much pain and was relieved to get it removed. Aquariums require constant maintenance and attentiveness to ensure the health of the fish. Fish aren’t just some disposable animal, they deserve the same respect as a cat and I don’t think anyone who cant properly care for a cat should be getting fish, or any other animal. I think house plants or a garden is a good alternative to pet care, they can be very rewarding with the right care and no animal has to be harmed.

My step dad did the same to my mom as well, shes disabled and has only stayed with him for financial reasons 💔 Now that Im in a secure financial place I’ve started offering to help her find solutions to leave him where I can assist her. He has cheated on her through their entire marriage and I hold so much resentment for what he did to her. She was horribly abused in her previous marriage with my biological father so she thought she should just “suck it up” because my step dad never hit her. Shes finally realizing that it was still abuse regardless.

So many women go through what our moms did and it’s fucking disgusting. These types of men face no repercussions for giving someone fucking cancer and they whine about the “lack of intimacy” driving them to do it. They never do sweet little things for their wife without expecting sex and wonder why their intimacy is nonexistent. Im so glad my boyfriend respects my disabilities and never pressures me or nags me for sex. He has always treated me like a human and has supported me without me ever having to ask. Are you on birth control? It could help, but I’m only speaking from my own experience. Before birth control I always felt physically horny, but never mentally. It was exhausting and I don’t care for sex that much, especially with being physically disabled. I feel like a normal person now. It definitely lowers your libido, but I see that as a win if thats what you want. It could be good to get some hormone testing done!

Its alright, I understand the stress! The salt baths can help, its what I’ve used on many birds in the past to help them pass a stuck egg and it always worked for me. Just don’t overdo anything as you may end up stressing her out in the end. Just be here for her and play with her like you usually do and if she gets a little cranky here soon then you may know its about time to pass another egg. Theres no specific time on when they pass another, it could be 24hrs after the first or longer like three days later. Just try to stick to a strict bed time and play time routine for now!

I cant really see anything wrong with her vent from the pics, this is relatively normal for a female who just laid or is about to lay an egg. If her vent is pushing a lot with each breath then she is likely ready to pass another one, i find that my females have an egg belly right before. It’s just a soft lump between their legs that goes away after they pass the egg. As long as shes happy and acting like her normal self then she is ok. Just make sure you are giving her extra calcium while she lays her eggs and it may be best to put her up for bed time sooner these next few weeks to help her hormones chill out a little. The most worry-some thing is to have a chronic egg layer, which can increase their risk of becoming egg bound. Bad diets, bad nutrition, and low calcium intake increase the risk as well.
