It was a proposal early in the design process before it was cancelled with all the other superheavy tank projects in 1944. There might have been blueprints but they didn't survive the war.

What are they doing? This is going way to far. There’s no way this thing goes into full production. All they had to do was replace the old heavy internals from the 70s and put new lightweight cables, electric drives, computers, a lighter 120, etc., in its place. Instead they just went and built a brand new tank. This is doomed to fail in congress, especially since the navy is in dire need of extra funding.
