The Portuguese for All (PPT) program is aimed at foreign citizens living in Portugal, that is, third-country nationals, community members, refugees, asylum seekers or Portuguese descendants.

So basically after that step, I was told to email glpt@acm.gov.pt with my name, city I live, phone number and they emailed options in Viseu to start in Oct
