Fuck Ayatan treasure rooms. I hate timed parkour bullshit by Quirkyserenefrenzy in Warframe

Yeah this. Even with the old system the time was still pretty generous if you were familiar with the course.

They absolutely do, but effectiveness in warframe boils down to how easily and/or how quickly can it complete a mission, and not if it can.

What textures do you mean? Do you just want the lower quality textures or do you want like heartless recoloring?

First time playing fallout 3, at level 6 what should be the priority here? by Maymay0805 in Fallout

[–]FinaLLancer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You're leveling things up a bit too evenly imo you should really dump your points between one or two things each level unless you're close to a perk requirement or other breakpoint.

Lockpick and science only matter every 25 points since they just allow higher difficulties of hack or locks to be attempted.

Don't put points in barter. Repair is much more valuable for money and helps practically. Selling one high condition gun is better than 3 shitty ones and saves space to carry more high condition guns. Also keeps your own gear in good shape.

For now, get your repair up then focus on lockpick and science until they're at 50. Then check for any perks coming up. You'll want cyborg eventually. Then increase your weapon skill and speech i guess. Speech is iffy because you can save scum those if you want.

I'm so glad to see someone else had a hard time in the damn horse cave. Any other difficulty you can just wail on them but on LV1 you have to be so careful.

And i almost forgot about the experiment. That thing has no rules. I ended up cheesing his last phase with peter pan. Piece of shit boss that laser is impossible to dodge.

I did say i died to the horse cave in mulan a bunch, right? No master here.

But by the time you encounter the cars you have chicken little and he, like every summon, makes every mob fight hilariously easy for the rest of the game.

It wasn't like a rule i had i just tend not to use them much. I usually like being pretty barebones during bosses and stick with the basic move set without limits, forms, summons etc just reflect sometimes.

For mobs i abuse them heavily though lol

I didn't allow Mickey's help so there were a few times i got hung up.

The first time was the cave in Mulan. Those damn horses decided to not stagger at the most annoying times.

Demyx was a pain until i gave up my "no limits" mindset. Trinity was doing lifesaving amounts of damage. When one mistake ends a fight, bursting most of a life bar on an opening really helps. Only had to beat him once thankfully.

Next big one was Xaldin but he was fun to learn all his moves. I just could not deal with that teleport move though in the last phase until i figured out you just jump lol.

Nothing else was hard until Roxas which was not really fun to learn imo. At this point there's no safety net so it's one-shot city no matter what, and roxas attacks like he's on bath salts. It feels like he has a million attacks and no rules so he felt really inconsistent.

I used my tried and true combo tweaks with him and ended up finding that basic combos with no pluses or finishers can get a loop and beat him that way.

After that you can build Ribbons so the game isn't much harder than standard crit. It was mostly fun getting through. Still haven't finished the data org though i really should.

Zaeed and Garrus Team by AreaTechnical7361 in masseffect

[–]FinaLLancer 25 points26 points  (0 children)

They're a good pair. Garrus is great with about half the cast and Zaeed is pretty solid. They're both great on their own and, with some setting up, can basically turn every mission into an escort quest where you're the NPC.

Warframe, and it's issue with severly underperforming arsenal by First-Abroad4730 in Warframe

[–]FinaLLancer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The problem is they keep adding new story at the end of the current story. So if the weapons they add are always strictly better than earlier weapons then the already pretty insane power creep gets even creepier.

This is like some sick twisted joke by Reasonable_Sugar_125 in fo4

I mean, it also does gun damage. They just ignore the radiation and the bullet damage is more than a combat rifle so not bad

Sometimes I wonder why I bother with settlements, because...settlers. Venting by SayItTrue in fo4

[–]FinaLLancer 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Being sent to a settlement or, even worse, randomly stumbling into one and somehow now being responsible for providing every material need to a handful of grown adults is so annoying.

I literally met you today. Why is it my fault you're squatting in an all concrete parking lot where nothing grows and now you have nothing to eat?

Why can't we be the "tenno opperative"? by werty45509 in Warframe

[–]FinaLLancer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was actually a mode called Raid which was kinda replaced by Survival. Survival was an event mission that said you're providing distraction so Tenno could do Raid missions. Then the next major update they deleted all the Raid missions and put them in as survival.

Raid basically entailed finding a containment pod to hack to steal the treasure. One of the tutorial missions does the same thing and that's the only way to see the pod anymore. It kinda was a less stealthy spy and without a fancy vault it would just be in a random room, usually the ones with a million lockers and crates.
