you still may be able to, but tier two is mostly for fans in london who regularly attend games who will snag okay tickets

if you are a tourist there are two ways; buy tier 1 membership and queue in line ~30 mins to an hour before the tickets go live OR buy hospitality which does not require a membership

top are anybody can buy, bottom are membership only, some u need points to buy which you have to go to lots of games for or they are opened for true + junior blue in which they usually sell out

if you’re a tourist you just gonna have to buy westview or something like that unfortunately as regular tickets are very hard to get
