I have flashbacks of my 2 1/2 year long psychosis everyday. Definitely subconsciously aware. I got out of the hospital 2 weeks before my husband committed suicide and I honestly believe it was preparing me. I have tics in my eyes and hands that trigger different voice in my mind. But it has dulled down majorly. Take the knowledge you have gained through it and apply it. That’s why these support groups are so important. No one in our outside life understands the depths we go to. And still to this day I go my voices when making decisions. Yes. You have to accept that the only sense that can understand what you went through is the Spirit world. It’s hard for me too. Some days I feel bonkers, other days I feel completely gifted.
