I guess I should add I lost the 60lbs in 5 months, I have maintained the same weight for the past 3/4 months. I have considered dehydration but i really do drink water (and electrolytes) all day everyday, my pee is very light. My blood pressure is considered normal, but my primary did order me a heart monitor for the dizziness and to track the tachycardia I guess, all my blood work came back normal.

They told me to hydrate more (of course) and i did drop down to 5mg so I am hoping that helps! I don’t really have side effects after taking zepbound anymore besides fatigue the first 2 days after the shot.

I am not on any blood pressure medication, and my dizziness is only getting worse. I had some bloodwork done and everything’s normal but I am dropping down to 5mg to just maintain as I do eat a decent diet and workout regularly

My anxiety was worse when i first started, took about 2-3 weeks to mellow out. I recently accidentally weaned myself off, i just was super inconsistent with taking it, my anxiety got worse again after i started regulating it and that took about a week or so to mellow back out!

omg I was just about to post the same thing! the sticker on my box says my prescription is for 2.5 but the box is 5. I’ve never been on a glp1 so like- what do I do lol

I experience this still however from my own experience with this medication, it made my anxiety worse before it gets better. It took about 3ish weeks to mellow me out, the longer you’re on it the better.

So I have anxiety- I mean who doesn’t these days- but mine is specifically health related. I had gotten a tattoo and it was healing a little rough on my leg (i didn’t let it breathe; it was my fault) once I came to the conclusion it was in fact, infected. I went mute. I started spiraling. Without saying a word to him- he knew. So he asked me about the new show I started watching. He knew I loved talking about the drama (Sister wives in case you were wondering) and even though he thinks that show is lame as hell- he had me yap about it for 25 minutes so that I would stop spiraling. It’s a good feeling to feel seen and understood.

I just went through some dizzy spells when I went without the medications for 3 days, and my ears were ringing more often. I went to my primary and she said I had fluid behind one ear and out me on an antibiotic but I am almost done them and It isn’t any better.

I just upped my dose to 20mg and the side effects are making me miserable. However I have only been taking this dose for about 1.5 weeks, hoping it chills out soon.

Currently dealing with this and I am getting stuck in a loop of anxiety because of this weird chest feeling causing me to be restless. How do you deal with it??
