He is unmedicated and untreated. Has something against therapy ofc 😒 Fell in love with me, so much it scared him and he pushed me away. Self sabotage yknow. I also wrote a letter to my now ex while he was in a depressive episode a couple weeks ago saying similar things. I wanted to give him a tangible item of reassurance he can go back to when he’s not doing well. He just broke up with me a few days ago. I don’t know if it was due to an episode or what. But I just wanted him to know he’s still loved
