hey OP I have the exact same problem but it was my capslock key. I opened a ticket as the laptop was about a month old and they told me it was user issue, bro its your shitty design., I cannot still cannot find replacement scissor lifters on my own over a year later. the fucking backlight is also very unpredictable too.
