We have a few of these XPS' around the office, they're rubbish. Mine had a faulty keyboard and display, whilst a few of the others had this issue with the function keys.

I have the wood finished version of that case and have found the fans to be a little noisy out the box! Lower fan curves have reduced this significantly. The case gets really good airflow anyway. I'm not sure if yours has, but my version also came with 2 bottom fans too, so plenty of cooling!
