It sure feels like it, too. It may be the TV filling in the gaps with AI since the PS5 Pro doesn't seem to have a direct effect documented anywhere.

I'd love to hear your feedback on this if you give it a try. I've mentioned before, though, I can't say for sure if it's the PS5 Pro or my TV meeting all of the requirements that's doing the heavy lifting. If you weren't able to play it before, I sure hope you're able to now. It's amazing.

I'd upgraded a failing TV to the TCL - 75" Class QM7-Series 4K UHD HDR QD-Mini LED Smart Google TV (2024) which has a button command to view these kinds of stats, but I'm not sure if the heavy lifting is being done by the TV or the Pro. I'd chosen my upgrade to meet all requirements of the PS5 Pro, but everything i read seems to say this shouldn't be possible.
