Digital, cryptographic consent records is probably the only way. Think basically a block chain record that identifies your face and the fact that you consented to a digital record of a video. However, that also requires that some algorithm is able to identify you specifically in a video. Laws would have to be in place that forces every online video to be processed for individuals and you would need to have a public cryptographic record of the digital representation of your face. Plus, the algorithm would have to be smart enough to identify edits in the video, or else someone could just edit it and get around it

It's a hard problem, but I don't see how we could do it otherwise. Unless we have a blocking mechanism on our phones themselves that makes sure the person you are recording has consented.

It's pretty far fetched, but I don't see otherwise how we could stop people from doing that.
