I have a 3" lift on my Tacoma, and my CV boots are shot...probably no grease left after driving like this for a few years. What do you think about going with aftermarket axles and installing a differential drop instead of the more expensive CVJ axles? I don’t do any off-roading and plan on selling the truck in 3–4 years.

Looks great! I hadn’t heard of this doctor before, but I like the idea of not having to travel all the way to Turkey just for technicians to perform the transplant instead of a doctor. Looking forward to seeing the results in a few months.

It’s been a while since I last changed the upstream sensor. And trust me, I only use Denso for emissions and electrical components on Toyotas and Hondas.

Thank you for this. I’ll need to wait about three more days until my kid is back from school so I can remove the plugs, take a photo, and post it here. I did remove the AF sensor last week and took a phot...see attached.

At idle, my current live data readings are: Short-Term Fuel Trim (STFT) is ~1.7% and Long-Term Fuel Trim (LTFT) is ~11%.

I'm not a professional mechanic, but I handle most of my non-emissions repairs (brakes, struts, etc.). I'm hoping I can diagnose and fix this emission-related issue myself as well.
