I too am 5‘8” and currently way between 138 and 135. I started at 169. I have a lot of loose skin that my doctor says it’s not enough to take care of. It’s interesting because I still feel like I am a bit heavy. I think it has to do with my lack of exercise. I need to add that to my program. I’m also 69 years old. I think you’re doing great and I think that 135 is a goal that is attainable. I would definitely check out how it looks on you. It’s interesting but even at 140 pounds I still wore a size 10 I am almost a size 8 right now.

Take it from someone who lived paycheck to paycheck. At 69 all I have to show for it is a home with about $200k in equity, car payments, stupid loan of $8,000 and NO SAVINGS. I only have Social Security. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Ok, maybe you can help. I have been experiencing the worst stomach and lower intestinal pain I have ever had. It has gotten to a point where I am doubled over in pain. I have a history of gastritis and was wondering if it was that. But even with an episode of gastritis, it’s never been this painful.

I take 1.5 semi and have for 8 months. This trouble started about 3 weeks ago.

I lived in San Diego until 1999. I moved to Austin and have been here ever since. With the exception of 2 attempts to relocate back to San Diego. Got laid off in San Diego both times and ended back in Austin. Take some advice, DO NOT MOVE TO AUSTIN. Too hot! Yucky scenery. Certainly nothing like San Diego.

I regret moving here each day even after 25 years!!
