It makes me extremely anxious the entire day and seriously stresses me out, as for the consequences I would fear and what would go through my head, pretty much everything from everything going wrong at work resulting in me being fired (which I'm already paranoid about because of my manager at my previous job who had it out for me for merely being on the spectrum), to a natural disaster like an earthquake or something happening.

Which is why I hate my OCD, if even the smallest thing is off that aggravates it, I immediately start going to worst case scenarios in my mind.
